Cardigans are constructed in various ways to portray, to contrast or to accentuate several assets on a womanly figure. Because a cardigan is oversized does not mean your appearance cannot be suggestive. Cardigans allow one to be fun and flirty in our changing seasons. Cardigans give multiple dynamics to apparel. Using alternative textiles, patterns, prints and color blends will determine the occasion and price point. Affordable large-sized cardigans can be purchase at retailers such as Target, Macy’s, and H&M for under $40 dollars. More quality oversized cardigans can be found at BCBG, Banana Republic, and Calvin Klein ranging from $75-$200 dollars. As for higher-end and luxury quality cardigans such as Vince Variegated, Kate Spade New York and Michael Kors the value is limited-less. As I always say “Quality over Quantity!” I anticipate the trend of over-sized cardigans to stick around for a while. Who says you can’t take layering to another level.
